336 pages

A gritty, high-octane undercover mission that trades gadgets for raw survival inside a claustrophobic juvenile prison.

What it feels like

Reading this book feels like holding your breath in a locked room. It strips away the glamorous gadgets of traditional spy fiction, plunging you instead into a gritty, claustrophobic world where survival relies entirely on wits, endurance, and fragile alliances. The pacing is relentlessly propulsive, driven by the constant, simmering dread of being discovered in a place where there is nowhere to run. The prose is punchy and unpretentious, matching the pragmatic, slightly cynical worldview of its teenage operatives. It is an adrenaline-fueled experience that balances the harsh realities of juvenile incarceration with the fierce, unspoken loyalty between young agents. Perfect for readers who want their action grounded, their stakes sky-high, and their heroes pushed to the absolute limit.
