A vintage, angst-filled journey across the sea where emotional baggage is the heaviest cargo.

What it feels like

The narrative moves at a steady, character-driven pace, trapping its protagonists in the delicious forced proximity of a long sea voyage where simmering tensions have nowhere to hide. The prose is earnest and heavily focused on internal emotional landscapes, capturing every ounce of the heroine's bitter reluctance and the hero's determined pursuit.
