A high-angst, classic romance of bitter misunderstandings and passionate second chances.

What it feels like

This classic category romance delivers a brisk, emotionally turbulent ride through the rocky terrain of a broken marriage. The mood is thick with unresolved tension and the heavy weight of past misunderstandings, creating an atmosphere that feels both claustrophobic and intensely passionate. The prose is straightforward and deeply anchored in the characters' internal angst, driving the narrative forward through dramatic confrontations rather than quiet reflection. It explores the painful friction of miscommunication, the burden of family obligations, and the slow, difficult process of unlearning deep-seated insecurities.
